Huib van der Weele

Huib is a versatile civil engineer with  both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. After graduating in Civil Engineering, he began his career at an independent construction company, where he built a solid base for a successful 16-year tenure. During the 16 years at this company, Huib’s career has been defined by continuous growth and professional development. 

Huib began his career as a contractor and later  progressed to the position of project leader, where he was responsible for the engineering and execution of various complex projects. Having been active within the company's various disciplines, namely rail construction, asphalting  and civil construction projects. This experience has given him a broad perspective on, and deep understanding of the construction and infrastructure sectors..

After gaining experience in the industry, Huib put his knowledge and experience to use as an independent consultant. He supported municipalities and developers in realizing their projects. Huib is a committed professional, analytically strong, communicatively skilled and is known for his pragmatic approach.  Therefore, he is able to fathom complex technical issues and translate them clearly.

Although Huib has already been a familiar face at Artium Experts since the end of September 2024, we are pleased to officially introduce him as a  loss adjuster from our Hoogeveen office since 2025.
